Get to Know
HERO PM

We started it all.  In the mid 90's (that's the 1990's; we didn't invent the zipper or the ice cream scoop in the 1890's), a group of property managers got together with some geeks, with a mission to figure out how to use this new fangled Internet thing to the benefit of the residential property management industry.

Now more than 25 years later, we're still serving residential property managers, plus vacation rental managers, commercial managers, storage unit managers, association managers, and individual landlords. HERO Harmony has risen above the pack as the go-to business-in-a-box cloud-based property management platform.

While our software is powerful, it's our approach to partnerships that's our true superpower. Our competitors often tell their customers to accept what's offered, and believe that it's good enough. Not HERO PM! We tell our members, "Look up! Look around! Find the providers who are meeting your needs across your business, and we'll partner with them - to provide their product or service through our platform."

Understanding Partnership Types

Understanding
Partnership Types

Broadly speaking, HERO PM offers three types of partnerships. Click a link to learn more.

Integrated Partners

Through our Partner Integration Program, we integrate the products and services of companies who serve the property management industry. These range from providers of smart locks to insurance providers to background screening companies, and everyone in between.

Referral Partners

Through our Qualified Source Referral Program, we partner with companies who interact with landlords and property managers and have the opportunity to recommend software solutions like HERO Harmony. These range from IT providers to professional associations, and include anyone who regularly crosses paths with members of our industry.

Feed Partners

Through our Rental Listing Data Feed Program, we distribute rental listing data to partners who have an audience of renters. These range from internet listing services to tenant placement services and regional directories.
