Qualified Source Referral Benefit Program

HERO PM offers a referral benefit to partner companies who qualify.

Who am I referring?

The program is for referrals of property managers and landlords who need HERO Harmony software to improve their business marketing and operations. 

Who is eligible to be a qualified source?

To become a qualified source, you must be an organization that interacts with property managers or landlords in the course of your business.

(If you offer a product or service to property managers and wish to integrate with HERO software, you should seek an integrated partnership, not a qualified source partnership. With an integrated partnership, we send you business and you send us business, through a software integration, in accordance with our agreed upon terms.) 

Common qualified source partners include:

• IT providers
• Maintenance providers
• Professional service providers
• Professional and trade associations

Interested prospects should submit a partner application at https://Partners.HEROPM.com/signup. Indicate who and what your business interacts with, and select "Qualified source referral benefit program" as your interest.

HERO PM will review your submission and contact you go through the qualification process and discuss details of how you will refer prospects.

Who is eligible to be referred?

Anyone who manages rentals or associations who qualifies as a HERO PM member, who is not directly related to your company, can be referred. Benefits will only be paid on prospects who sign up online, using your assigned referral link or referral code, who enter into and maintain a paid license agreement with HERO PM. People who have already signed up with HERO PM, either as pre-launch, launch, lite, landlord, or property manager user are not eligible. In other words, you have to be the bona-fide initial source of this referral, through your referral link or code - if this prospect entered the hopper through some other source, you’re not the source. All referrals join HERO PM through a free Launch package, and then choose their selected paid package after they have tried it out.

What is the benefit?

Qualified sources are paid based on a portion of the MAV of the package purchased by the referred, for the number of months (up to the limit) that the referred maintains their package with HERO PM. Your qualification level depends on numerous factors, and may be reviewed up to once per quarter to determine if your level will increase or decrease.

Payments are made based on the past month of a referred’s membership, at the then current level of the qualified source.

MAV can be determined at https://Partners.HEROPM.com/mav, and is subject to change as HERO PM changes packages and pricing. MAV is the same for each package type for all qualified sources.
